Brian’s Commitment to the Point Foundation

For over 17 years, Brian has played a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy and long-term direction of the Point Foundation, the nation’s largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBTQ+ and ally students. Point Foundation provides financial support, leadership training, mentoring, and a strong community for high-achieving LGBTQ+ students attending U.S. – accredited institutions. By removing financial barriers and fostering personal growth, the organization empowers students to become the next generation of leaders and changemakers.

Brian has held several key leadership roles within the foundation, including Trustee, Treasurer, Head of the Finance Committee and Co-Chair of the Board of Directors. He continues to advocate for increased access to higher education and opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth, ensuring that talented students have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Brad’s Leadership in Youth Sports & Mentorship

Brad serves as the President of the Burbank Youth Basketball Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting student-athletes in the greater Los Angeles area. The foundation plays a crucial role in assisting the Burbank High School basketball team by providing funding for equipment, travel, and scholarships, ensuring that financial limitations do not hinder a player’s ability to participate and thrive in the sport.

Beyond athletics, Brad works with youth ages 12 to 18 in Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City, Burbank, and Sylmar, offering mentorship, leadership training, and guidance to help youth develop discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic – valuable skills that extend far beyond school. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, Brad and the foundation aim to equip these students with the confidence and character needed to excel both in sports and in life.
